Engineering Analysis
It includes finite element Meshing/Modeling (FEM), finite element analysis (FEA) under Static, Dynamic, Linear, and Non-linear conditions covering several aspects like Strees, Thermal, Fatigue and Durability Analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), multi body dynamics (MBD). Kinematic and dynamic analysis of machinery and simulation. Fluid flow and combustion simulation.
Plant Design Engineering
Shivamtech offers multi disciplinary engineering services and dedicated project management and planning support for power plants, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and energy projects. We offer a wide range of engineering services including basic engineering, extended basic engineering, detailed design, 3D modeling, project management, site supervision support, as-built technical documentation, various equipments/systems. For this we use the software like Plant Design System (PDS) and Plant Design Management System (PDMS) helps us deliver 3D models of plants. All designs are rigorously monitored for compliance to safety codes, data integrity, interference, customer standards and engineering practices.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Concept design
Creating the aesthetics and shape of the product from conceived ideas and providing it with colors and features, representing the same in the form of 2D pictures and photographs.
Surfacing
Surface generation of product profiles as per the requirements of the product to help in arriving at attractive shapes adhering to manufacturability.
Digital Mockup
Manufacturing digital mock-ups as per the finalized industrial design concept, using Rapid prototyping machines, CNC machining and manual hand-finishing techniques. Generation of prototypes for design evaluation prior to release of data for manufacturing. These will be as per the final product but manufactured using alternate methods i.e. without or with minimum tooling
TOOLING
Design of Jigs and Fixtures, precision injection molding, press tools, Patterns and dies using the latest concepts and technologies. We have expertise in single cavity, multi cavity and family moulds and have extensively worked with many varieties of plastics. We have the experience in the Welding, Inspection or checking BIW, Machining fixtures design and detailed drawing creation. Our tool design engineers are experienced in working with software like Unigraphics, Ideas, Pro E, Catia, AutoCAD, Mold flow, Del cam etc and are supported by a highly experienced team of tool manufacturing engineers ensuring high quality tools are designed.
PROTOTYPING
We use a number of rapid prototyping technologies to fabricate your part from your designs or as part of our product design services. Our prototyping capabilities and technical knowledge provides the competitive edge you need in the product development process to help you get your products to market faster. Our engineer’s help you decide on the best process suited to your requirements.
Your prototype is delivered with any of the following techniques:
Stereolithography (SLA) with quick turn-around and exceptional accuracy with parts in an ABS-like resin. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) to produce parts in a porous nylon material or metal.
Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM) offering functional prototypes with ABS, and other materials. The technology is commonly applied to form, fit and function
analysis and concept visualization. CNC and conventional machining techniques. Proto shop with trained craftsmen. Rapid tooling with SLS or SLA and silicon molds.
Manufacturing Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering Typically includes activities such as CNC programming validation and verification, CMM programming, fixture design and tooling, process planning, tool path generation and tool selection.
